The NetMaster™ System
This system allows laundry service providers to quickly and easily program and reprogram machines on-site or remotely through a networked PC. This maximizes business control, on-site security and expedites promotional activities.
The NetMaster System is available on a full line of coin or SmartCard vended washers, single load and stacked dryers, commercial tumble dryers and washer extractors.

An electronic microboard with digital display.
MicroWand
The hand-held Micro-Wand IIIE with infra-red technology allows easy on-site programming and data retrieval.
Special programming allows you to customize cycles, establish vend prices, determine rinse options and program special features.
- Special Time of Day Pricing to compete against other laundry services offered to tenants outside of the building.
- Automatic Shutdown Mode allows you to control laundry room hours of operation by programming start and stop time periods.
- Top Off Dryer Time can be setup on dryers to allow purchases of additional time after the resident had purchased the initial dryer cycle.
- Mutli-Level Vend Promotion is a great way for property management to realize savings on hot water consumption by offering higher pricing for hot and warm washes.
NetMaster Software for Windows
Speed Queen's NetMaster laundry equipment records the total number of cycles, special vend options, plus the time and date of collections, coin vault openings, service door openings, power failure and more. It calculates and stores data automatically to keep you informed of day-to-day laundry room activities.
Data can be retrieved with the Micro-Wand IIIE, or remotely through a networked system from anywhere in the world! Then by downloading information into the NetMaster Software, input actual collection information by location to generate detailed, reader-friendly accountability reports.
